You may use sec-news.ai for personal or professional purposes. You may not misuse, resell, redistribute, or republish our content in any form without prior written permission.

You agree not to: interfere with the service, attempt to access accounts you don't own, reverse-engineer the platform, scrape content at scale, or use the service in any way that violates applicable law.

Plans. Premium subscriptions are offered at €2 per month or as €33 lifetime access (one-time payment). All prices are in EUR and may be subject to applicable taxes depending on your jurisdiction.

Billing. Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee. Payment is due in advance of each billing period.

Auto-renewal. Monthly Premium subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You will be charged the subscription fee on the renewal date.

Cancellation. You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain Premium access until that period ends.

Refunds. Monthly subscriptions are refundable if cancelled within 48 hours of purchase. Lifetime subscriptions are refundable within 7 days of purchase. Beyond those windows, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Free trials. If a free trial is offered, it may be limited to first-time subscribers. You will be charged automatically at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before it ends.

Lifetime access. Lifetime access grants Premium features for the lifetime of the service. It is a one-time payment, does not require renewal, is tied to your account, and is non-transferable.

Changes to subscriptions. We may modify subscription plans, features, or pricing at any time. Material changes affecting active subscriptions will be communicated in advance. Price changes apply to subsequent billing periods.

Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may suspend or cancel your subscription. You are responsible for keeping a valid and current payment method on file.

Account access. Subscription benefits are tied to your account. Sharing account credentials or attempting to share subscription access is prohibited and may result in termination.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service. Continued use of sec-news.ai after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
